About our Work. We have beautiful school grounds which we want to develop as an outdoor learning environment. The children are Reception / Year 1 A cross-curricular approach was used for planning the topic. Subjects linked were: Art, Literacy, Dance, Music and ICT.

  1. About our Work • We have beautiful school grounds which we want to develop as an outdoor learning environment. • The children are Reception / Year 1 • A cross-curricular approach was used for planning the topic. • Subjects linked were: Art, Literacy, Dance, Music and ICT.

  3. What we did First I clikt the butun on the camr to teck the pitcur then I yust the pitcur to pent a pitcur of it and I yust cullur magic to drore a pitcur of the pond. Eleanor First I clicked the button on the camera to take the picture then I used the picture to paint a picture of it and I used colour magic to draw a picture of the pond.

  10. Our Class Poems We wrote some poems about our favourite places in the school grounds. WE HOPE YOU LIKE THEM

  11. We had a new pond. I used colour magic to do my picture. Tabatha The Pond. Reflections moving. Slowly breaking up. Shimmering water gently moving, Greeny blue. Floating insects moving delicately. Reflection of sun. Upside down clouds.

  12. The Playground Birds singing, Sweet, gentle sounds. Children talking, shouting, calling. The winds cool on our faces. Footsteps quickly moving. Children in the playhouse. Running games, racing games. Fun, fun fun!

  13. What we thought about the activity. It was eezy to tac fa otgrf and ten we patid a pich ov it. And ijod the shcall. Grand. Mi shcall is grat. Piers It was easy to take a photograph and then we painted a picture of it and I enjoyed the school grounds. My school is great.

  14. What we found difficult. • It woz hARD presn the butan on the camr. • ( It was hard pressing the button on the camera ) • The pritr woodnt wok. • ( The printer wouldn’t work ) • Thinkin of words for the pom. • ( Thinking of words for the poem) This is a group evaluation.
