Overview of Knowledge Notebook Application User sign in and View Home Page with Notebook icons You are only 2 clicks away from focused information and drilldown links to a any number of supporting information sources Very efficient end user access Each Notebook has a list of related Subjects, Users can add new Subjects in seconds Select a Subject and view a screen with information and links to information sources

Overview of Knowledge Notebook Screen Fast and easy access to information, intelligence and related sources Search options Return to Home Page Subject Selection Option Access to reports and downloads Buttons with hot links to information Source Both internal and external sources Tables have information, analysis and links to news items and reference materials. Each screen has a table that is like a mini database. Comments and tags related to the screen A virtual electronic library of news and references managed by user defined business activities and subjects

Functionality of Links and Tables Links to information sources Tables Embedded in Screens Create a link with a simple drag –drop of a web address or an internal file name- File types include- MS Office, charts, reports, PDFs, documents, pictures, news sources, saved searches • Each cell in a table is treated as a field • A zoomed cell can have several pages of text • Each cell can have multiple linked references • Contents of a table can be easily downloaded to Excel or Word. Each multiple item button has a dropdown list and can support 25 or more linked items Design Options for Tables Number of columns, type of data, width, and column label Number of rows, lines per row, and the column to sort on
