  4. Who uses the system? • All International Collaborative Provision Partners use SharePoint Sites • There are individual SharePoint sites for each International Partner • Partners use the sites to share samples of work for moderation • The sites are also used to share other documents

  5. An Example Partner SharePoint Site

  6. External Access • You can access the site externally from UWE with your staff ID login (will have been sent to you at the start of your tenure • Queries for staff logins can be raised with Externalsreport@uwe.ac.uk

  7. When will it be used? • The Partnerships administration team will contact you by e-mail to advise when there are samples on the SharePoint site for you to view • They will include a link to the correct site in their e-mail • Please note, this process does not include UK collaborative provision

  8. Why is it used? • SharePoint is a secure way for us to receive samples from Partners and for us to share work and documents with UWE Academic and Administration staff and External Examiners.

  9. What will you receive? • An email with a link to an area within the SharePoint Site (Please see an example e-mail on the next slide) • It will be Partner Specific

  12. What to do next? • Access the Moderation Form. It has sections as follows: • Link Tutor Comments • Module Leader Comments (Partner) • External Examiner Comments • Add your comments to the External Examiner Comments box and save on the site • Reply to your e-mail from the Partnerships Administration team advising you have done this so they know your comments are available.

  13. The next steps • Comments are shared with the Module Leader for consideration • Comments are presented to the Field Board for consideration (either in person or if not present via the moderation form)
