  2. PLEASE USE BLACK INK SUBMIT FORMS TO FAC106 AFTER SELF-REGISTRATION Include all individual Study Contracts with this form. Fill out form completely. *Email COPY of Registration form to YOUR UFL email. “CLASS NUMBERS” ARE REQUIRED FOR SELF REGISTRATION. FOR ASSISTANCE WITH CLASS NUMBERS PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN THE SA+AH GRADUATE OFFICE

  3. Please Use Black Ink to Complete your Registration Request Form with your Director of Graduate Study This will permit the best contrast for scanning and sending your electronic copy of your course requests later.

  4. Please confirm that your Name, UFID and all course information and check boxes are marked, legible and clear. Some image quality and readability is lost in scanning—your help is appreciated. With completed and SIGNED FORMS, proceed to the steps to self register online at student.ufl.edu

  7. DGS Advisement Records are delivered to the SA+AH Graduate Office electronically. These are then cleared for you by the SA+AH Grad Office for Registration. Only AFTER this is complete can you register yourself SO HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?!?

  8. The time between your DGS advisement until you can register yourself can take a week to 10 days to coordinate. Because we start early, this is not a crisis. You will receive an email by degree program from the SA+AH grad office that you are CLEARED to register your courses BY CLASS NUMBERS PROVIDED DURING ADVISEMENTS.

  13. COMPLETE REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS Holds appear here also and have instructions and contact numbers to follow for help.

  14. The Degree Audit is a step to require you to view your completed courses. Presently, you may not see an audit list for your graduate program. If prompted to view, continue or return to previous screen, follow the prompts to begin registering. The sequence of viewing the screens will permit you to continue.

  15. REVIEW AND ACCEPT ALL REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS CHOOSE “CONTINUE”

  16. CHOOSE THE LINK FOR YOUR REGISTRATION TIME TO BEGIN REGISTRATION

  18. EXPLORE FILTER FIELDS OR USE CLASS NUMBERS PROVIDED SEARCH BUTTON IS CRUCIAL AND LOCATED AT BOTTOM LEFT FOR CUSTOMIZING FILTERS ABOVE

  19. JUST ENTERING PARTIAL INFORMATION CAN RESULT IN A SUCCESSFUL SEARCH THE CRITERIA ENTERED IN THE FILTERS CAN BE SEARCHED - CLICK SEARCH

  20. LOCATE CORRECT COURSE CLICK “+ CLASS”

  21. FOLLOW PROMPTS IF YOU HAVE A PREREQUISITE PROBLEM, STOP AND CONTACT SAAH GRADUATE OFFICE

  22. IF PROMPTED TO CHOOSE CREDIT HOURS SELECT ADVISED AMOUNT OF HOURS PER YOUR DGS. MOST COURSES ARE 3 CREDITS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.

  23. FOLLOW PROMPTS FOR INSTRUCTIONS, RETURN TO ADD MORE COURSES OR VIEW SCHEDULE.

  24. ADD, DROP AND LOG OUT OPTIONS ARE EACH LOCATED IN THE UPPER RIGHT TO CONTINUE OR COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRM COURSE IS ADDED WITH DETAILS CORRECTLY MATCHING YOUR ADVISEMENT.

  25. CONFIRM CORRECT CREDIT HOURS If you are on assistantship funding, or full time enrolled, you should be registered for 9 credit hours to complete your semester registration. Continue registering as you finalize your schedule. You can also drop classes and add others if you change your schedule until the end of Drop/Add.

  26. After you have successfully registered your classes online, please submit your original documents, including the registration request form, instructor consent forms and any additional documents to the SA+AH graduate office in FAC106. Email a copy of your forms to your UFL email. [Additional Instructions Follow]

  27. SUBMIT YOUR ORIGINALREGISTRATION REQUEST FORMS TO FAC106 AND KEEP AN EMAIL COPY FOR YOURSELF: 1.) UPON SUCCESSFUL SELF-REGISTRATION, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR HARD COPY FORMS TO FAC106 2.) USE THE SA+AH MAIN OFFICE COPIER TO EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR FORMS TO YOU!(Outside FAC106 SA+AH Grad Office) [Image instructions follow this slide]

  28. THE COPIER WILL NOT REQUIRE ANY PASSWORDS TO EMAIL YOUR DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY TO YOUR PERSONAL UFL EMAIL. Place your Registration Request Form AND all Instructor Consent Forms and Approval documents in the Copier Top/Paper Feed Tray

  29. Pressing the Services Home Button will clear other functions and take you to the copier starting point for scanning your Registration Form.

  30. Press the “E-mail” screen button to send your documents electronically

  31. Next, Press the “New Recipient” screen button to type in your personal UFL Email address.

  32. Type in the keypad on the touch screen your PERSONAL UFL email destination

  33. Press the “OK” screen button in the upper right corner to continue

  34. Next, Press the “Subject” screen button to Identify your Registration Documents to be sent electronically to your email address.

  35. Enter a subject that will be easily identifiable in your email inbox.Ex.: FIRST INITIAL,LAST NAME + SEMESTER (FALL, SPRING, SUMMER) + “REGISTRATION”

  36. Press the “OK” screen button in the upper right corner to continue

  37. You will see that the “Subject” and “File Name” buttons inherit the information that you just entered.

  38. Press the GREEN “Start” button on the right side of the touch screen. This action scans your documents electronically and emails them to you at the same time.

  39. IMPORTANT: Collect your ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS from the copier tray and SUBMIT IN THE FAC106 INBOX.

  40. Copier scans are received as an E-mail attachment in YOUR Inbox. KEEP FOR YOUR PERSONAL RECORDS.

  41. FINISHED? By way of submitting your hard copy documents to the SA+AH Grad Office you are identifying that you have successfully registered for ALL of the courses listed on your Registration Request Form. Courses Outside of SA+AH will need to be coordinated with the appropriate college and graduate office to confirm your enrollment if you cannot register yourself.
