  4. Introduction • The United States and Other Nations are • Aggressively Pursuing Energy Independence • Clean, sustainable energy solution • Efficient and cost-effective renewable resources to serve society • Avoid the adverse effects of fossil and nuclear fuels • Operate 24/7, steadily outperforming -- • Solar Collectors- That produce only when the sun shines • Wind Turbines -That produce only when the wind blows Contents of this document are the property of Clean Wind Energy, Inc. and are privileged and confidential.  Any dissemination or use of the contents of this document is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

  5. Technology - How the Wind Energy Tower Works • The Principle • The downdraft tower is a hollow cylinder with a water spray system at the top. • Water is pumped to the top of the tower and sprayed as a fine mist across the entire opening. • The water evaporates and cools the hot dry air at the top. • The cooled air is more dense and heavier than the outside warmer air and falls through the cylinder at speeds up to and beyond 50 MPH, driving turbines located inside the tower’s base. • The turbines power generators to produce electricity. 6. Technology – Innovative Renewable Energy Solution Patented Technology • Maximizes the capture and use of available wind tunnel energy. • Extracts the maximum energy generated by the captured wind, with the least loss of power throughout the transmission cycle from capture to exhaust. • Produces a consistent level of power output while compensating for the normal differentials in atmospheric conditions over any given period. • In geographic areas where atmospheric conditions are conducive, Downdraft Tower exterior may be constructed with vertical “wind vanes” that capture the prevailing wind and channel it to produce supplemental electrical power. This dual renewable energy resource enhances the capability and productivity of the Clean Wind system. 7. Environmental Aspects • Operates with virtually no carbon footprint • Consumes no fuels • Produces no wasteat the tower site • Generates clean, cost-effective and efficient electrical power • No damaging effects caused by using fossil or nuclear fuels, and other conventional power sources. 8. Patent Applications The Company has filed U.S. patent applications to protect its intellectual property, which they believe will further enhance this potential revolutionary technology. Modified Mobil Base for Large Tower Cranes- A multi-wheeled air ride suspension system with even load distribution on 20 or more wheels, with the ability to keep tower plumb in all working conditionsImproved Wind Energy Power Transmission System- To more effectively transmit energy via a new multi-stage variable hydraulic drive system that operates efficiently through a very broad range of wind and turbine speeds.Energy Tower Having External Wind Capturing Capacity- To supplement the available energy of an energy tower by capturing existing winds aloft (800 to 4,000 ft). 9. Site Requirements The Downdraft Tower location Requirements • Minimum area of 300-400 acres for project , offices and security • Appropriate climate and atmospheric conditions. • Hot temperatures • Dry Air • Low elevation • Access to reliable water sources (fresh or salt water) • Bedrock foundation • Access to rail service • Access to the grid Contents of this document are the property of Clean Wind Energy, Inc. and are privileged and confidential.  Any dissemination or use of the contents of this document is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

  11. Abundant, Clean, Affordable Energy Production • As designed, the Company anticipates that each Downdraft Tower could generate enough electricity to power up to 1,600,000 homes • Each Downdraft Tower capable of generating up to 2,500 megawatts per hour, gross. • Approx 1/3 will power its operations. • 1,100 to 1,500 megawatts per hour • available for sale to the power grid. • Prime production periods closely align • with electricity demand patterns. • The annual capacity factor for the downdraft portion of the Energy Tower is predicted at approximately 51%.
