  2. Mission • Develop AQUAFAN into a mature technology for application worldwide in energy saving cooling tower concepts • Cradle additional and related technologies (f.i. Enthalpy Recovery)

  3. Partnership Greenergy - WATCO • Greenergy and WATCO shareholders in Off-Shore JV that holds IP-rigths • WATCO brings in the AQUAFAN technology as it is per Q2 2016 • Greenergy provides initial funding for the TechCenter

  4. Earning Model • IP-co earns License fee on all units sold: • Greenergy exclusive Middle East  pay license fee for each unit • Watco exclusive (South) East Asia pay license fee for each unit • Build partnerships other continents • TechCen bills to IP-co for their activities

  5. Activities • Optimize AQUAFAN cooling tower components and range: • Fan configurations • Turbine and nozzles • Motor interactions • Thermal validations (as proposed by George) • Field monitoring • CTI / Eurovent Certifications

  6. Field Monitoring • Monitor all AQUAFAN modules in the field via on-line control units: • Pressure and Flow • Temperatures (HWT, CWT, WBT) • Fan RPM • Motor electric power consumption (where applicable) • Build application with software (PC, Mobile) • Time frame: 4 months • Budget: US$ 10-15K • Limited investment per project for monitoring (PC online + monitoring boxes)

  7. Daily Co-operation Greenergy-Watco • WATCO to handle engineering and procurement (in initial stage): • 20% markup on components • Neutral financing • Transparency on project accounting • Option: include WCN and EQB in this arrangement (profits on 50/50 basis) to come to a total partnership.
