One Language- LOI or LOD Dual Language Q & A:Labeling of Items Both Languages Environmental print= items that are naturally found in the environment Any charts made during content times must be in the LOI. If a chart or activity is done during LOD, then it should be labeled in the LOD (label the chart as LOD) • Any general classroom materials that are used across content areas. • Writing tools • Manipulatives • Paper • Etc.

  3. One Language- LOI or LOD Dual Language Q & ALabeling of Items Both Languages Bilingual Learning Center Activities should only be in one language. 1:1 ratio. I can charts should be in the language of the activity. Any materials that are part of the centers.

Dual Language Q & ALabeling of Dramatic Play Center stove estufa • Furniture should be labeled in both languages (part of environment) • Other items will depend on the theme= LOI: • Pumpkin Patch= Social Studies/Science Spanish • Grocery Store= Math focusEnglish or Social Studies focusSpanish
