  1. EMSD & HKO FM Section COS (Anaesthesia) 1. Get portable cylinders or use oxygen concentrator in wards to needy patients. 2. Inform MO on Call to prioritize needy patients to receive oxygen. 3. Access no.of O2 cylinders required and inform Nursing Coordinator. 4. Transfer patients to unaffected ward if required. Ward Supervision and coordinate with WSII and Pharmacist. 2. Coordinate with wards & informed pharmacy total no. of the cylinders required for each affected wards. 3. Fax overall patients’ oxygen flow rate in each affected wards to pharmacy. 4. Inform Ms Grace Lam to transfer patients to unaffected wards if required. 1 Duty Artisan/WSII Nursing Coordinator (GM(N)/ WM) Confirm *MGPS faulty (i) (ii) Pharmacy (ext 231,230, 215) Keep contact with Nursing Coordinator and Pharmacist with the progress of repair 1. Arrange for medical gas pipeline repair (contact 1st 96682143 Mr Sze ; 2nd 96682145 Mr Lai or 71163322-call 8410 HKO) (EMSD 2855 3135) 2. Keep contact with WSII for repair details. 1. Inform artisan to deliver cylinders to affected wards 2. Contact HKO Emergency Line (2372 2288 or 2661 0920 HKO) and request portable cylinders. 3. Perform medical gas testing by HKO, EMSD & Pharmacist if high/medium hazard work is carried out. 1. Inform Miscelle Kwok, M(AS) 2. Other artisans standby at pharmacy for cylinder transport. Admin Office provide additional supporting service to Telephone Operator Office, if needed **Incident report should be submitted by affected wards’ i/c and WSII to medical gas chairperson through medical gas coordinator. Affected ward inform Evening or Night Nurse Supervisor FM Section & Security Guard EMSD & HKO 1. Stand by at affected wards. 2. Priority: (1) OT (if in operation) (2) W5/6 (HDU) (3) W3/4 (4) W1/2 (5) W7/8 3. Inform WSII and keep contact with Night Nurse Supervisor on the progress of repair. 1. If necessary, contact HKO 24hrs Emergency Line (Tel: 2661 0920 or 71163322-call 8410) and request portable cylinders. 2. Contact WSII (74729377) and COS(Anaesthetic)(7472 9308).
