  1. Creating A Maintenance Request Online Click on the tab labeled “Resident Maintenance” to begin your maintenance request.

  2. Request A New Job (Maintenance Request) Select and click on “New Job” to start your maintenance request.

Complete The Request #1 #2 #3 #4 #1 Select the category or item that needs repair. #2 Provide a detail description of the issue. #3 Check the box to allow the staff to enter your room if you are not home. "Check Not allowing staff into your unit will delay your service. #4 Click on save & continue

  4. Maintenance Request Status You may return and view your maintenance request by clicking on the “view/modify window. The maintenance staff will leave a door hanger in your room notifying you that the job has been completed.
