Remit of Checkpoint Group • Share information on implementation • Consider implementation options • Test proposed implementation actions • Seek advice from representatives on approach • Seek advice/ involvement on training for frontline staff • Contact point for future independent evaluation of Re-ablement Implementation • Represent views to the Home Care Modernisation Project Board

  3. Methods to be used • Agenda of items for discussion will be provided • Short updates will be provided • Views of representatives will be sought • Some of this will be around the table viewpoints to ensure everyone’s voice is heard • Where appropriate, wider audience will be informed and views sought (particularly for hard to reach groups) • Views will be fed back to the Home Care Modernisation Project Board

  4. Meeting Arrangements • Length of meeting – 1 to 2 hours • Time of Meeting – Daytime meeting • Location of meeting – Waverley Court, Lothian Chambers or City Chambers • First Meeting will take place in August 2008 • Frequency of Meeting will be Bi-Monthly • Tea and Coffee will be available • Access requirements will be facilitated
