What is AltaRTVal™? • AltaRTVal™is a MIL-STD-1553B RT protocol validation software tool for Microsoft™ Windows (2000, 2003, XP, Vista). • Built with the latest Microsoft™ .NET technology. • Uses the Microsoft™ Office 2007 User Interface style. • Uses XML format for configuration files. • Used to control Alta Data Technologies hardware to interface with the data-bus and the UUT Remote Terminal. • Works with full-function ADT 1553 boards with at least 2 channels.

  5. Test Report File/Test Device First Select a Test Report File/Path Then Select a Tester Device

  6. Configuration for the UUT RT UUT RT Configuration Select the Desired Tests Select the Appropriate Settings for the UUT RT.

  7. Running the Tests Start the Test Test Progress is shown in the Test Tree: Yellow = Test in Progress Green = Test Passed Red = Test Failed Gray = Test Not Implemented Magenta = Test Aborted

  8. Viewing Test Results Detailed Results for the Selected Test Node are Provided on the Test Results Tab. Overall Test Status is Shown by the Colors in the Test Tree.

  9. Viewing The Test Report Click to display the desired Test Report.
