  3. Situation Analysis The state of Transport Graphics affairs is now in dire conditions. Market share has been drastically reduced in part because of sector splintering from franchise based sign shops. Sales figures have deteriorated to record lows because of both interior and exterior forces. Transport Graphics must shift its business practices or face extinction. ReView. ReTool. ReAwake.

  5. Insights From The Past In a 2006 presentation Kendall Kreative recognized that the best client targets were those that had a need to utilize all or most of Transport Graphics Products After review of the current “repeat” clients this observation still holds true.
