Political will: • The ELF conveniences the participation of higher level of government in the Tiger Summit, • The ELF would like the WB and GTI group to visit Cambodia which bring the attention to ministers of MoE and MAFF ASAP • Invitation letter should be signed by the Prime Minister of Russia ASAP

How can GTSRP be improved? a) Good Practices: • Apply MIST patrolling systems to all reserve areas within TCL’s, and • The use of scent dogs to enhance occupancy surveys for tiger in TCL’s. b) Key Performance Indicators: • Decreased wildlife poaching in TCL’s, • Increasing in tigers numbers in TCL’s, • Decrease wildlife trade (tigers and prey), • Habitat encroachment reduced, and • Increased stakeholder participation,
