NPRRs • 533NPRR Clarification of PCRR Eligibility Requirements.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies the eligibility for Pre-Assigned Congestion Revenue Rights (PCRRs) subject to changes over time in contracts, Entity relationships, and resource status and capabilities. • 588NPRR Clarifications for PV Generation Resources.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) creates a definition of PhotoVoltaic Generation Resource (PVGR), and clarifies the treatment of such Resources within these Protocols. • 589NPRR Ancillary Service Offers in the Supplemental Ancillary Services Market.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) adds language to the SASM timeline to allow Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) to submit Ancillary Service Offers after notification of the need to run a SASM • 590NPRR Inclusion of WSL in the Default Uplift Invoice Allocation.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) updates the Default Uplift Invoice allocation process to incorporate Wholesale Storage Load (WSL) volumes in order to equitably distribute costs to the market in case of a market shortfall; and corrects the definition for the variable MEBL.

NPRRs • 592NPRR Clarification of Meter Repair Timelines for RTM Settlements This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) provides clarification that ERCOT may reduce the meter repair timeline from twelve to six hours if the meter data is required for Real-Time Market (RTM) Settlements on the same day or an upcoming non-Business Day • 594NPRR Clarifications to the ERCOT Fee Schedule and the Point-to-Point Option Award Fee.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) retitles the Point-to-Point (PTP) Option Award Fee to clarify that it is not a fee for use of ERCOT systems and equipment and removes it from the ERCOT Fee Schedule.  This NPRR also removes the Nodal Implementation Surcharge from the ERCOT Fee Schedule, as this fee is no longer being charged as of Operating Day 1/13/13. • 598NPRR Clarify Inputs to PRC and ORDC.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) aligns the inputs to Physical Responsive Capability (PRC) and ORDC; stipulates the treatment of Off-Line capacity during scarcity conditions.
