  1. NPRRs • 605NPRR Ancillary Service Make-Whole Payments Under a Watch.  This NPRR requires ERCOT to implement a Make-Whole Payment for Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) that are unable to hedge the cost of serving Load due to a reassignment of capacity from energy to Ancillary Services that could occur under a Watch • 608NPRR Alignment of Transaction Timing to the PUC Performance Measures.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) aligns ERCOT’s processing time with the transactional timing in the Public Utility Commission of Texas’ (PUCT’s) Performance Measures. • 614NPRR Clarification of Telemetered Value of HSL for Combined Cycle Generation Resources providing RRS.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies that Combined Cycle Generation Resources providing Responsive Reserve (RRS) may adjust the telemetered High Sustained Limit (HSL) in compliance with Resource limits in providing Ancillary Services.

  2. NPRRs • 616NPRR Clarification of Notification for Undeliverable Ancillary Services.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies that the ERCOT Operator has discretion as to when to send a notification to affected Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) when an Ancillary Service is found to be undeliverable due to infeasibility during a RUC Study Period. • 618NPRR Market Notices for Resettlement Statements and True-up Settlement Timeline Changes.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) replaces requirements to post Notices on the Market Information System (MIS) for communication of Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Real-Time Market (RTM) Resettlements and True-Up Settlement timeline changes with Market Notices. • 619NPRR Minimum Quantity for DAM PTP Obligation Bids. This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) adds a one-tenth of one Megawatt (MW) minimum quantity for Point-to-Point (PTP) Obligation bids into the Day-Ahead Market (DAM).

  3. NPRRs • 620NPRR Collateral Requirements for Counter-Parties with No Load or Generation. This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) revises the calculation of credit exposure for Counter-Parties that represent neither Load nor generation by adjusting the M1 factor for forward exposure risk to reflect the fact that these Counter-Parties do not have Mass Transition risk, reducing the 40-day “look back” period for certain exposure components to 20 days and specifying a Minimum Current Exposure (MCE) for these Counter-Parties that is also used as the Initial Estimated Liability. • 621NPRR Counter-Party Specific Calculations for M1 Variable. This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) replaces the fixed value for M1 with a calculation that will be specific to each Counter-Party.  This revision defines M1 as the minimum of the existing value of 20 and the sum of two components: • M1a – Time period required to cover any termination event• M1b – Time period to cover Mass Transitions onlyThe M1a component is applicable to all Counter-Parties.  However, the M1b component will be applicable only to Counter-Parties with Load or generation.

  4. NPRRs • 622NPRR Replace Planning and Operations Information Website References with MIS.  This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) replaces references to the Planning and Operations website with the Market Information System (MIS) location in preparation of the decommissioning of the Planning and Operations Information website via Project PR066-01, Planning Site Transition to MIS.
