  2. About Texwrap • The world’s leading manufacturer of automatic shrink wrap systems • Centrally located in Washington, MO • Began building shrink systems in 1988 • 75,000 square foot production facility • ISO 9001:2008 with Design Certification. • Stork Fabricators is a state-of-the-art metal fabricating facility

  3. What Does it Mean To Own a Texwrap? • The most technologically advanced wrappers on the market • A machine that will run reliably 24/7 • Easy to use operator friendly • Superior packages- less reworks and waste • Lowest film use • Superior after-sale support • The lowest total cost of ownership

  4. Innovative Design • All new TEXWRAP designs are created in “Solid Works” design software. • Gives the ability to design, simulate & analyze each part and assembly prior to manufacturing. • A series of design constraints are thoroughly analyzed including stress, strain, and fatigue insuring long term machine reliability and function.

  5. Precision Fabrication • After engineering , all modeled parts are automatically “blueprinted” in an electronic file. • The electronic file is then downloaded into various CNC machine tools including laser, plasma, and water-jet which allows for excellent repeatability and tolerance control. • Texwrap’s ERP system schedules the manufacturing workcenters and the arrival of materials to meet leadtime commitments.

  6. Manufacturing/Assembly All Texwrap machinery is built on an assembly line to a predetermined level according to a step by step procedure manual to help assure consistency and quality from machine to machine. The assembled machinery is then moved to a staging area for final testing, custom modifications, integration, and factory approval testing when required.

  7. Final Assembly Complete systems with all with integrated options are set up for testing and customer review when requested.
