Kronos Time Reporting for Payroll - Background Background • Kronos is currently the time-keeping system to populate hours for payroll for several Masco Cabinetry (MC) locations • Kronos is installed in all plant cabinet plant locations to feed LINCS. At former BCG facilities the AS/400 time-keeping solution is used for payroll • Masco Cabinetry currently holds excess licenses for Kronos • Masco Corporate provides a hosted solution for a number of Masco Divisions • Eliminating the AS/400 time-keeping solution is a prerequisite for consolidating Masco Cabinetry Payroll into MyServiceCenter

Kronos Time Reporting for Payroll - Approach Goal to eliminate AS/400 time-keeping solution and transition to Kronos during 2012 • Two options have been considered • Upgrade current Kronos environment and deploy payroll across all MC locations • Transfer licenses to Masco Corporate and move all MC locations onto the hosted solution • Recommendation to transfer licenses to Masco Corporate and move all MC locations onto the hosted solution • Leverages central resources • Lower transition cost • Allows excess licenses to be utilized • Lower long term cost of policy deployment across Masco
