Objectives CCP seeks to: • Design quality organizational improvement and training interventions to promote success of organizations that otherwise couldn’t access these services • Increase community awareness of organizational effectiveness services • Provide training and practical consulting experience for ODN members • Build connections with other community service organizations

  4. Organization Development Training and Development Services • Assessment • Strategic planning • Goal setting • Board development • Management-staff communications • Training design & delivery • Staff development

  5. Our Approach • Collaborative • OD/Training expertise(not subject matter expertise) • CCP Consulting Team supported by a Senior Consultant • 5-phase consistent process

  6. Consulting Phases 5: Project Review, Wrap up 4: Implementation 2 to 4 months 3: Solution/Intervention Design 2: Assessment 1: Contracting

Our Clients • Local qualified non-profits • Focused short-term need (2-4 months) • These characteristics: • A problem to solve or improvement to make • Leadership committed to change • Willingness to spend time with the consulting team and participate in the agreed-upon solution • A lack of resources to pay for consulting help

  8. Client Application Process Review Process: • Round 1: Application Review • Round 2: Senior Consultant Interview Interested potential clients complete and return a CCP application.

  9. The Commitment Trade In exchange for the time and talent of your CCP team, we ask that you: • Orient your organization to the project • Work collaboratively with the CCP team • Define consulting project work process and outcomes • Meet with the project team as necessary • Provide feedback and raise issues of concern • Offer final observations, reflections and suggestions • Pay direct project costs
