mcch Employment & Vocational services offer a range of provision, in which people with learning disabilities and people with mental health issues are supported to be socially and economically active through a range of paid employment options.

For each individual accessing mcch services an Action Plan is created through a shared process based on the Individual Placement & Support model (lPS model).

effective and innovative vocational journey to employment for

people with severe and enduring mental health issues.”

The principle of the One Stop Shop is to combine all the functions needed for an individual to progress into employment and to create access to the services at one location. Some service delivery will take place in agreed community settings, as determined by action plans for each individual

Across the partnership we share agreed standards and processes, including; initial assessment, referral procedure and systems for review

Providing ongoing support to employers in terms of conflict resolution, mental health awareness training and reasonable adjustments
