  1. Tuesdays with Disney Week 3: Professional Tips for getting to the front of the line

  2. Pirates of the Caribbean • The Haunted Mansion • Indiana Jones • Splash Mountain • The Matterhorn • Soarin’ Around the World • Single Rider Lines Tips and secrets

  3. First things first. Don’t cut in line. If someone wants to ride with you, and they are ahead of you in line, they can wait for you. It is very rude to cut in front of others. It is possibly the most upsetting thing that people can do at Disneyland. One person should not “hold a spot” in line for a larger group. You can get complaints. I have seen groups of people asked to leave the park because they were unable to keep from cutting in line. Be polite to others

  4. Pirates of the Caribbean If you are given a choice between the right and left line, choose the right. The left line goes deeper around the building. When the ride was originally built, all of the skeletons in the ride were actual skeletons. One real skeleton still remains. Can you figure out which one is real? Please no flash photography. Yo ho, yo ho…

  5. The Haunted Mansion When you enter the chamber with no windows or doors, look for a small light on the wall. If you enter the left chamber, look to the right, if you enter the right chamber, look to the left. Standing here will put you in the front of the line as you walk toward the doom buggies. During the 60th anniversary celebration an original ghost returned to the Haunted Mansion. As you leave the attic, the “hat box ghost” will make you lose you head. Hello foolish mortals…

  6. Indiana Jones As you travel along the cue for this ride, make sure to take note of signs and be careful to “not” touch any of the bamboo posts that are holding the ceiling up. If you would like a faster journey, talk to the cast member at the front of the line and ask for a single rider ticket. After you have a ticket they will send you up the exit. It may save time, but there is no guarantee. Why did it have to be snakes?

  7. Indiana Jones Hidden Mickeys can be found throughout the parks. Keep an eye out. Why did it have to be snakes?

  8. The Matterhorn Vs. Yodel-a-hee-hoo

  9. The Matterhorn I used to think that the difference between the Disneyland Matterhorn and the real Matterhorn was a train inside the mountain. Then I visited the real Matterhorn and rode a train inside of the mountain. The recent improvements to the ride have made it a better experience, however the ride is just as jerky and bumpy as ever. This rollercoaster is the very first steel coaster ever built (and it feels like it). The single rider line can be found in the center of the wooden roof. Ask a cast member for a single rider card. Yodel-a-hee-hoo

  10. Splash Mountain Make sure to put your electronics in a water proof bag. You will get wet. You may get soaked. I also recommend sandals for this ride. If you would like to get on quicker, you may be able to find the single rider line by going in through the exit. Zip-a-dee-do-dah…

  11. Soarin’ Around the World Before boarding, always ask for gate B, row 1. You may have to wait a few more minutes, but it is worth the extra time. If you are on the sides many of the images are curved so much that they lose any reality. Kronk will show you the way.

  12. Single Rider Lines Many of the new rides have single rider lines. If you don’t mind not sitting next to your friends this can take a lot of time off your waits. The best single rider lines… Radiator Springs Racers The Matterhorn Incredicoaster(fastest ride)Indiana Jones Goofy’s Sky School Look for the signs

  13. What is the fastest ride? A wonderful video for anyone who wants to get some general information about rides before going to the park. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VHVeJudYk8k

  14. Next Week: Main Street, USA Marceline, Missouri
