What’s going on : NGA-T • No, it’s not quite finished… • The architecture, protocol and management spec were completed in early 2011 • Creation of the test spec + early implementation flagged issues where the protocol needed refinement • Nearing completion! What’s going on : Security • The importance of NICC’s Security activity has been re-inforced by Article 13a meaning EU Member States need to take measures to ensure network integrity • ND1643 revisited to ease use and align with requirements • CPs going through certification process • Security WG contributing to European-level activity at ENISA • NICC’s engagement seems to be the only CP involvement!
