  2. Vele leden van het poetspersoneel in het Zorghotel Heilig Hart te Kortrijk hebben moeite met het verstaan van de introductiepowerpoint die ze zien wanneer ze daar gaan werken. Dit omdat ze laaggeschoold zijn of omdat ze allochtoon zijn en de taal nog niet zo goed snappen. Het is dus aan ons om deze powerpoint overzichtelijker en begrijpelijker voor hun te maken. Doel
