  1. INTERVENCION PSICOSOCIAL PREVENCIÓN SELECTIVA Y TRATAMIENTO DE DROGAS PARA NIÑOS/As Y JOVENES EN VULNERABILIDAD SOCIAL

  2. INTERVENCIÓN PSICOSOCIAL • OBJETIVO GENERAL • Prevenir y abordar efectivamente el consumo de drogas y favorecer la inserción educacional, laboral y social de niños/as y adolescentes en situación de vulnerabilidad y exclusión social.

  3. OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS • Evitar y disminuir el consumo de drogas en niños/as y adolescentes en situación de vulnerabilidad y exclusión social de las comunas. • Favorecer la re-vinculación con la familia y/o adultos significativos del niño/a o adolescente. • Favorecer la inserción social de los niños/as y adolescentes y sus familias en vulnerabilidad social, en la redes existentes en la comuna. • Sensibilizar a la comunidad y las familias, sobre esta población como sujetos de derecho y la co-participación y responsabilidad para su re-inserción. • Fortalecer la red comunal multisectorial.

ENFOQUE TEÓRICO QUEGUÍA EL PROGRAMA • Enfoque de derechos en las políticas sociales. • Enfoque de promoción y empoderamiento. • Enfoque de resiliencia. • Modelo basado en las competencias(énfasis en capacidades más que en los déficit). • No asistencialismo. • Enfoque evolutivo (niñez y adolescencia). • Respeto a la persona, a sus capacidades y al desarrollo progresivo de su autonomía. • Enfoque eco-sistémico y de redes.
