Grants Online Save Facilities Overview Save on each page of Grants Online - Applications, Extensions and Accounts • This facility enables page by page saving, updating, retrieval and completion of Grants Online applications, extensions and accounts. • It allows you to save what you have entered, close out of Grants Online, and come back to complete the request at a later time.

  3. In a nutshell……… Complete the online application, extension request or invoice as per normal procedure. Select “save” on any page, at any stage of data entry. After you have saved the data, you can close out of Grants Online and come back to complete the request at a later time. Mandatory fields must be complete prior to lodgement / submitting the request. Important Note: Saved requests can only be kept for 30 days. If you have not lodged the request within 30 days the system will delete it.

  4. Select the application, extension request or invoice and enter the details. (Requires a minimum of the Client Surname & Client First Name)

  5. To save the details select “Save Draft”.

  6. A message will provide to you the Request ID and indicate the request will be kept / saved for 30 days only. Select “OK”

  7. At the bottom of the screen the remaining mandatory fields that are required prior to lodgement / submit are listed in red.

  8. Select “Next Page” if you wish to continue.

  9. How to retrieve / find a saved request for lodgement?

  10. From the Main Menu - Select “Find” Application or Extension”.

  11. Enter the Request ID and select “Find”.

  12. Alternatively selecting “Unsubmitted” will display a list of all requests that are saved”.
