  2. What is bullying? Bullying is when a person is picked on over and over again by an individual or group with more power, either in terms of physical strength or social standing. Bullying usually starts when kids start to socialize and make friends and enemies. Ages bullying starts is from 7 years old. At the teenage ages ,from 11 to 16 bullying starts being a serious issue.

  3. People are bullies because they want to pretend that they are tough and stronger that the victim.Most times it happens because people are copying others and want to be like them.They are trying to hide their fiers and scaring others.They don’t have

  4. Types of bullying Physical bullying Verbal bullying Indirect bullying Social alienation Intimidation Cyberbullying

Physical bullying Physical bullying includes any physical contact that would hurt or injure a person like hitting, kicking, punching, etc.Taking something that you don’t return is also considered as physical bullying.That is a really common type of bullying at this year it strikes at 30%.Physical bullying should be reported or else injures and more serious issues.

  6. Verbal bullying Verbal bullying is name-calling, making offensive remarks, or joking about a person's religion, gender, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or the way they look. If verbal bullying happens to you admit your changes and be proud of them!Dont let anyone make you feel angly or bad for yourselfe.

  7. Indirect bullying Indirect bullying includes spreading rumours or stories about someone, telling others about something that was told to you in private, and excluding others from groups. Indirect bullying happens ,mostly between girls. Also a type of indirect bullying is when someone tells you a really important secret about them and then tells it to everyone.

  8. Social alienatation Social alienation is when a bully excludes someone from a group on purpose. It also includes a bully spreading rumors, and also making fun of someone by pointing out their differences and showing of about themselves and their abilities.

  9. Intimidation Intimidation is when a bully uses threats that scare someone else so much that in that way they could scare them and make them do what the bully wants in order not to do something. Usually the bullies threat the victims about keeping a secret that they are bullying them.

  10. Cyberbullying Cyberbullying is done by sending messages, pictures, or information using electronic media such as Skype, Facebook,MSN and any other instant messaging programs. It happens in devices such as a computer, mobile phone and any other electronic devices. Cyberbullying can be done by posting an offensive picture of someone on social media or the internet.

  11. Why is bullying a really serious issue Bullying can damage a child's or teenagers psychology. Usually serious bullying issues start from small problems and end to make the person not go to school hate himself, not have courage, say there opinion and often suicide.

  12. How can we stop bullying on us and around us. Bullying can be stopped by being reported to a teacher or a parent.Schools have ways to stop bullying without exposing you,so don’t be afraid to report it because we all have the same rights and no one deserves to be bullied! Another way to stop bullying is by simple IGNORING the bully and don’t REACT! The bullies want you to be upset so don’t give them what they want from you. Even if you want to cry, you are angry or scared, don't show it to them otherwise if you do that will encourage them and make them continue picking on you! Remember it isn’t your fault and it will never be! Admit your differences and be proud of them because everyone is different!

  13. If you are being bullied… Reach out Stay calm and confident Tell an adult Work with to stop bullying behaviour. Stay next to, or speak for the person being bullied. Walk away and get help Talk with an adult,like a teacher or parent,about how to get along with others If you are a bully… Think about how it is to be bullied Resist peer pressure to bully.

  14. More Tips… • Ignoring the bully. Don't even respond. • Walking away or removing him or herself from the encounter. • If they must respond, respond without emotion. The bully wants to see their target respond in some way that indicates an emotional reaction; don't give the bully the satisfaction of knowing they have succeeded. Admittedly, this can be particularly hard.

  15. If your friends are being bullied stand for them and support them….don't just stand there!
