DELEGATION CARS • Decals for delegationto enter the pickup/drop off point located in front of the entrance trough theKrolak Tunnel (Gate 1) and for underground parking slots • Thosedecalswill be givendirectly by the UN Security: • Undergroundparking will be available through Gate 7 from Siwca Street, after security check. Only driver may be present inside, no passengers!

DELEGATION CARS • Coaches, minibuses and other delegation cars will be given other decals which allow to enter onlythe pick up/drop-off point located in front of the entrance trough the Krolak Tunnel (Gate 1) • Dedicated parking slotswill be madeavailable in front of the KrolakTunnel (Gate 1) • Thesetype of decalswill be given by the Ministry of Environment of Poland

VIP LOUNGE FOR DELEGATIONS • Duringthe COP19/CMP9 Conference, Government of Poland will not providethe VIP loungeservices for the delegations • Delegationsmayuse the VIP airportlounge on commercialbasis (directcontact with VIP Loungeneeded) • OnlyHeadsof State/Governmentwill be provided by the host country with VIP Lounge Services, includingDiplomaticProtocol

PUBLIC TRANSPORT • Conference participants from 4th to 24rd Novemberareable to use public transport free of charge, provided they present a conference identification badge bearing their name and photo • Participantsmayusealltypes of public transport in Warsaw, includingbuses, trams, metro and Warsaw Fast City Rail (SKM trains)

PUBLIC TRANSPORT • From 11 to 22 November a specialnightbuslinewill be launched, running from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. with frequency: • Every30 minutes in the firstweek (11th – 16th November) • Every15 minutes in the secondweek (18th – 22nd November) • Special nightbusline stop will be locatedat the front of Gate 11 – right from the mainexitatGate1 • Special nightbusroutewill link the National Stadium and the City Centre with final (hub) stop at Emilii Plater Street, between the Palace of Culture and Science and the Warsaw Central Railway Station. At this hub stop participantswill be able to catchothercitynightbuslines.

MOBILE APPLICATION • Mobile applicationwillprovideparticipants with usefulinformation in a sustainableway. • THE MOBILE APPLICATION WILL INCLUDE: • Meetings schedules • Map of the Stadium • Public transport navigation • Useful phone numbers • Guide to green places in Warsaw • Guide to cultural events taking place in Warsaw • Phrase book • The application will be available for iOS and Android mobile devices.
