  4. The HONLEA – An active role in UNGASS preparations? • The HONLEAS / Sub-commission are a forum for identifying policy issues at the regional level and can bring the regional perspective to the UNGASS: • CND resolution 56/10 offers the basis to further increase relevance of subsidiary bodies
