  2. Occupation: Agricultural Chemistry • Agricultural Chemistry foucses on on the composition and changes in our crops and livestock • They work with farmers to increase yields, improve quality, and reduce cost • They also study how bio chemical reactions affect plant and animal growth

  3. Contributions • Discovered 300 uses for peanuts • Found hundreds of uses for soybeans, pecans, and sweet potatoes • He helped improve many things including buttermilk, chili sauce, instant coffee, mayonnaise, etc.
