  3. 2. Doamne, alungă tot ce e trecător,Ia-mi de pe umeri poverile ce dor!Vreau pacea Ta, în sufletu-mi trudit,Şi să mă-nveţi cum pot fi mântuit.

  4. 3. Vreau să mă ’nalţ peste zări şi, tot mai sus,Să Te-ntâlnesc, preaiubitul meu Isus;Îmbracă-mă-n veşmântul alb, curat,Să-Ţi pot cânta un cântec de Sabat.

  5. 4. Scumpe Isus, trâmbiţează marea zi,Când vom serba Sabat nou, în veşnicii,Când n-or mai fi nici lacrimi, nici mormântŞi nici un rău pe muntele cel sfânt!
