PS • Done • Air tightness work of PS bridge b151 is completed • New overhead crane is in place – validation on July 30th • In Progress • CV Consolidation program • Septum 16 External Shielding - earth work during July • Safety and Access System Installation is on progress • EN/STI Beam Stoppers consolidation program • Vacuum maintenance on-going • Info: 7MU corrective maintenance postponed in November TR6 – UTA installed PS bridge – Air tightness LSC - K. Foraz Access system tested by Mr. Brown

PSB • In progress • On site preparations for the beam dump replacement project. • Testing of the beam dump removal trailer and equipment ongoing. • BTM beam line elements currently being dismantled. • CV consolidation and maintenance. • Kicker consolidation and maintenance. • Septa Consolidation and maintenance. • Vacuum and Beam instrumentation maintenance & upgrade programs under preparation (DIMR/WDP’s). • AS45 lift replacement. • 2 week delay incurred due to a problem with the delivery of spares parts. • Final commissioning with APAVE now programmed 16 Sept. • Completed • Installation of the underground cables. • Evacuation & BIW installation (requires final commissioning). • Pick ups BT.UES20, BT.UES30 and BT.UES40 changed. • BTY beam line elements dismantled (beam dump). • Forecast • Integration testing of the new PPS (access) system. • Installation of the public address cables & infrastructure. • Replacement of the BI.SMH under preparation. • Exchange work programed mid October. SPS • EL cabling works in progress • The preparation of LSS1 for the irradiated cable campaign has begun.  The TIDH and the TIDGV have been disconnected (using the robot to reduce the dose) and moved by transport to the new storage area in ECX5 (the equipment remained in the tunnel) • EPC are in the process of removing and replacing 8 transformers outside BA3 (between BA3 and the CCC)  They have currently removed all of the transformers and installed 2 of the new ones. • Civil engineering have installed a test support in TT10 The test was successful and they have now ordered the remaining supports needs (around 25)  they are scheduled to arrive mid-August. • All other works progressing on schedule.
