Event Times • 8:00am: Keg Toss • 10:00am: Airplane pull • 1:00pm: Barrel Loading Lifts • 2:00pm: Overhead Press • 4:00pm: Atlas Stones • 5:00pm: Fingals Fingers • 6:00pm: Farmers Walk Meal Plan • 6:00am: 10oz rib-eye steak, 4 whole eggs, whole wheat bagel and 16oz water • 7:30am: 12oz of coffee with 1 cup of oatmeal • 10:30am: 16oz chocolate milk • 12:00pm: 3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and 16oz water • 3:00pm: 6oz multi-grain protein plus pasta, 8oz chicken breast and 16oz water • 4:30pm: 12oz whole-fruit smoothie with added protein and low fat content • 7:00pm: One large supreme pizza, 16oz water • 9:00pm: 12oz water and protein shake Today’s Itinerary & Menu
