  2. Data Acquisition: Initial Goals • Improve current conditions of existing DAQ system • Extend capability to read from additional sensors • Create a user friendly GUI to acquire data from several sensors

  3. Data Acquisition Upgrade • Existing system had several problems • Better solution: NI PCI 6229 • Developed GUI for data acquisition and calibration

  4. Graphic User Interface • Developed a Graphic User Interface (GUI) to facilitate data collection • Gather data from 16 sensors in real time • View output from 4 sensors
