The Proposal - Plan & establish a small business - Recycle end-of-use computers to the elderly - Computers & components sourced from community - Volunteer youth with IT skills used to repair & install - Configuration and training provided to recipients - Business would be scalable - Use of fee software where possible - A ‘friend’ or ‘buddy’ system will operate Configuring our community ...to adjust the way in which all the components of our community interact so it operates in the most effective way
