Level 1 (GL6 by another name?) • Laws split into 2 areas – Practical and Administrative • Practical: • An on-field matter that the umpire cannot look-up • An off –field matter that ensures the umpire does his job more effectively • Administrative: • Off-field matters that are not concerned with the actual officiating
