After being sexually harassed and demeaned at work, the group kidnaps their boss in an effort to get revenge. Connection: The film scene I chose was the clip dealing with harassment when the boss . I am connecting this scene to the rape cases where men have been in positions of power

  3. Ladies First by Queen Latifah Description: This song by Queen Latifah is titled, “Ladies First.” The song is a positive portrayal of women. Lyrics: Believe me when I say being a woman is great, you seeI know all the fellas out there will agree with meNot for being one but for being with one NO CONNECTION NEEDED

  4. The advertisement I chose is for Ry-Krisp wafers. In the ad, the designers are portraying sexuality and reinforcing expectations of women by reinforcing an image of beauty. Connection to Class: I am connecting this ad to the reading that discussed the little girl who received an apron for her birthday. Although, the apron is not a sexual portrayal of women, it still reinforces an expectation on women.
