The project – 1st steps • HR strategies: • Be in line with the demands of labour market • Give guidelines for VET institutions/universities • Includelifelonglearning • Lookingfor project partners • Basis: EURANEC (EURopean network of regions for the ANticipation of Economic Change) • Distribution of tasks

Objectives • Overall objective: to make closer contact between lifelong learning, demands of labour markets and the HR strategies of companies • To exchange experiences of successful strategies between the partner regions • To elaborate HR strategies by those partners who has not got one so far • To develop a general checklist a for all the institutions of the regions to be able to internationalise their HR strategies and apply LLL principles • To develop further the cooperation between the participating institutions

Targetgroups • Direct target groups: • Regional and local authorities • Vocational institutions that would like to have up-to-date internationalised HR strategies, which are also in accordance with LLL principles • Indirect target groups • Policy-makers • Local and regional media • Regional and local companies and institutions aiming to improve HR strategies
