  3. Listening to the Webinar via Your Computer The audio for today’s webinar is being broadcast through your computer. Please make sure your speakers are turned on or your headphones are plugged in. Listening to the Webinar by Phone • If you don’t have speakers on your computer you may dial-into a telephone line for audio • The telephone # is unique for each participant and is generated by the webinar platform. This # cannot be shared with others. • Select the “Open Session Menu” icon in the upper left corner of the webinar screen. • Select “Use your phone for audio” option and dial the number shown. Listening to the Webinar via Mobile Device MOBILE Users (iPhone, iPad, or Android device and Kindle Fire HD) Join** the session using the Blackboard Collaborate Mobile App (Available Free from the Apple Store, Google Play or Amazon) OR Join the session by opening the session link in a browser on your mobile device.   6. Captioning Real-time captioning is provided during this webinar. When captions are available you will be asked if you would like to use the captions at the top of the screen. Once selected, the captions will appear under the presentation.

WHAT WE ASKED In a study by Accenture, conducted in partnership with Disability:INand the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), we set out to investigate: Do companies that include people with disabilities perform better financially? To find out, we took an in-depth look at companies participating in the Disability Equality Index (DEI) over the past four years. 19

  20. WHAT WE FOUND Our research found a correlation does exist. Companies that embraced best practices for including people with disabilities also performed better financially – outperforming other companies in revenue, net income, and economic profit margins 20

  22. DEI SCORECARD This scorecard is a high-level summary of your company’s score results and includes the multiple-choice responses you self-reported via the online DEI system. 22

  23. WHAT YOUR SCORE MEANS Congratulations on earning a top score on the DEI! This is a testament to the culture of inclusion your company is building. We encourage you to share your score with your employees, stakeholders, board of directors, senior leadership, customers, and suppliers. Once you’re ready to dive back in, we’re here to help meet you where you’re at and to continue building a culture of inclusion for all people. 23
