Centres of Excellence • Share what you have learned- formal and informal research, case studies • Share your policies and procedures for Clinics, Operating Rooms, In-patient care, Care Maps. • Post them on your hospital web site- share internally Example: continuous oximetry monitoring- policy and procedure designed for bariatric program is now in use across the surgical program
