  1. France was jolted by several terror problems within Paris and its northern suburb, Saint-Denis. It was a dangerous terrorist invasion on evening of 13 November 2015. It turned out an attack on humankind. Over 130 citizens were murdered around Paris which includes 89 at the Bataclan theatre on Friday evening. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) are the masterminds driving the Paris terrorist attacks. They are the biggest threat for the security along with the world. A Syria -based jihadi has been assumed of preparing the attacks in France. This lethal violence across the town raised a serious question that how a most wanted guy from Europe could travel openly around the country and simply challenge France’s national security. The way a top terrorist suspect could traverse Europe from Syria in past twelve months, passing checks in countries with out security alarm being triggered. The effect of Paris assault could have been lower if perhaps suitable security systems had been in place. Security management system is actually an incorporated solution for overall world security. It is a part of the overall management method which offers the structure determine potential hazards to a specific business, function, and place. 2. This determines implements, functions, monitors, reviews, and also maintains almost all correct steps to offer assurance of the efficient management of the connected security risk. It's a key strategy along with national strategy for the physical protection of critical facilities. But there are some clear fallings in that security management system that allowed terrorist to go on rampage. Let us take a quick look on a few of falls. Flawed Usage of Schengen Regulations Following the Paris attack it became apparent that a few of the terrorists travelled freely from Syria on EU passports. Most of the militants associated with Paris attacks include the terrorist with EU passport. They misused schengen rules that had been passed on 14 June 1985 by five member of the then European Economic community in a town of Schengen. There wasn't any organized check on Schengen access points. Security personnel only checked passports which were certainly not confirmed. Incorrect PNR (passenger names record) There was a lack of security checks at the airports. This was a major blunder of border security. There were a lot of wrong entries in internal along with external flights. This became a big reason for averting the actual France attacks along with bombings. There were many flaws in visitor management system at the airports.

  3. Flaws within Intelligence Agencies This particular attack is a huge failure for the France intelligence industry. It could be feasible that the number of person who happen to be suspect of 13 November attack including Omar Mostefai and Sami Amimour, were adequately recognized to the particular intelligence. The particular failing of intelligence agencies triggered the suspected terrorists to return to France seemingly undetected. Weak Surveillance Monitoring There was certainly a big mistake within security monitoring through monitoring. If there were excellent security monitoring under surveillance then just how suspected militants could be dropped from the lists of militants maintained at air-ports along with other check points.
