Project delivery:2001: USD 1.2 million2002: USD 2.5 million2003: USD 5.0 million Network and activities in all 124 municipalities, most ministries and important CSO, emerging private sector partnership ICT training provided for 15,000+ since 2001 5,000 employed through youth employment schemes since 1999 Partners include EU, CEDB, US AID, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, Open Society Institute, GEF, UNDP Macedonia –Decentralised Delivery Capacity
