EVIDENCIAS POR MOMENTOS DE TRABAJO Equipos de Gestión de 77 Instituciones Educativas Oficiales Reorientando el PMI de acuerdo a la autoevaluación y priorizando de acuerdo a factores críticos Realizando el montaje de la estrategia de seguimiento y gestión Socializando el PMI a la comunidad Educativa Identificando fortalezas y oportunidades de mejoramiento en la autoevaluación institucional

AVANCES LECCIONES APRENDIDAS La puesta en marcha de procesos de mejoramiento escolar, requiere que el equipo de gestión- conformado por diversos integrantes de la comunidad educativa se organice para realizar cada una de las actividades previstas. El Plan de Mejoramiento es una herramienta de gestión que le permita a la Institución Educativa revisarse para lograr los resultados propuestos, elevando así la calidad educativa en todos los ámbitos y manteniendo relación directa con el PEI. En este plan deben estar contenidos las metas, los indicadores, las acciones, estrategias, responsables y plazos en las dimensiones en las que se gestiona la Institución Educativa.
