Screening Process • Candidates are initially screened for the following: • Eligibility: Education, Language and Number of Years of Work Experience, as called for in the vacancy announcement. • Suitability: Relevant skills and previous work experience • Availability and Motivation to work in hardship locations. • Looking for candidates who have the “BEST FIT” • If successful, interviewed by a specialized Panel of Experts for: • Technical experience - Do you have the technical skills and personal competencies to carry out the role? • Quantify to Qualify Department of Field Support/Field Personnel Division
