  4. Cohort 3 Coach Funding • Funded $25,000 per high school • Response by September 24, 2010 • Invoiced through CAIU • Invoice 1 $12,500 after November 1, before December 31, 2011 • Invoice 2 $12,500 after March 1, before June 30, 2011

  5. Coach Professional Development • Boot Camp November 9-11, 2010 Hershey PA • PETE&C Preconference Session Hershey Pa • Saturday February 12,2011 • PSU 1:1 Preconference Session • Monday April 18, 2011 • PSLA Preconference Session • Thursday April 28, 2011

  6. Coach Log • Coaches in cohort 3 and EETT will be required to complete coach log • Cohort 1 and 2 coaches are encouraged to complete coach log

  7. IU Technology Integration Mentors • Funded $18,000 per IU • Response by September 24, 2010 • Invoiced through CAIU • Invoice 1 $9,00 after November 1, before December 31, 2010 • Invoice 2 $9,00 after March 1, before June 30, 2011

  8. TIM Professional Development • October 6 and7 – Crowne Plaza, Harrisburg • January 12 and 13 – Days Inn, State College • February 13 - Hershey Lodge, Hershey • May 17 and 18 – Harrisburg area Expenses for these meetings will be covered

  9. Additional Activities • Coach “boot camp” November 9-11 Hershey • PETE&C Preconference February 13, 2011 • PSU 1:1 Preconference April 18, 2011 • PSLA Preconference April 28, 2011

  10. TIM Focus • Mentoring CFF/21st T&L/EETT Coaches • Cohort 3 and EETT priority • Providing regional leadership • School visits (mileage will be reimbursed)

  11. Guiding Resources • CCB Mentor Guidelines • Congruent mentor guidelines for PIIC and TIM • Mentor log • Ongoing support – PDE Mentor
