Liberals are a set of political supporters who grounded their beliefs on ideas of equality and liberty. Liberalism has been divided into many parts. You can look for classical liberalism, social liberalism, conservative and economic liberalism. Liberal is also the recurrent of a Liberal party. The democracy that was formed out of liberals was based on limited majority rule. The theory of liberalism revolved around co-operation and mediation rather than politics. During the reign of liberals, ordoliberalism, neoliberalism, and Laissez-faire emerged. Neoliberalism involved contemporary free-market politics, and ordoliberalism wanted to ensure free market results. The religions that were existing during this period are Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and liberal religion. In the context of civilization and culture, conservatives were running traditional social institutions. The foundations of conservatism landed upon human imperfection, hierarchy, tradition, property rights, and authority. Conservatives upsurge to maintain the social stability and continuant of their preaching’s. Conservatism can be witnessed in the form of liberal, conservative, libertarian, fiscal, national and traditional, cultural and social, religious, paternalistic, and authoritarian conservatism. Conservatism differs with the various countries. They divide according to their wants. The elites of conservatives dominated with authoritarian power over Latin America for the longest possible time. Due to the interference of civil institutions, liberal vs. conservative emerged. This is how both the parties went against each other to establish their set of values evolved from their respective leaders. What is the basic difference between liberal and conservative?

  2. BLOG: Timeless Issues Liberal vs. Conservative emerged during the pre-independence period. There was a clash among different ideas, and none could come to a negotiation with any of the political parties that existed. Liberals always believed in bringing governmental action to attain equal opportunity and equality. They wanted the government to remove social ills and protect the civil society from the dominion of authoritative power. Liberals always wanted the government to intervene to solve problems. On the other hand, conservatives created a belief that rested upon free markets, personal responsibility, strong national defense, and traditional American values got restored in conservatives. They emphasized on empowering individuals with adequate resources. The liberal vs. conservative debate contained a basic difference of opinion that sheltered both the groups at different peaks. One had to die to give another a place of exploration. So, liberals and conservatives created their own diverged paths.
