  4. Skill-related Fitness Balance A kind of coordination which allows you to maintain control of your body while stationary or moving.

  5. Skill-related Fitness Coordination The ability to use the senses to produce smooth and accurate movements.

  6. Skill-related Fitness Power The ability to combine strength and speed in a movement.

  7. Skill-related Fitness Reaction Time The time required to start a movement after being alerted to the need to move.
