How we achieved “switch off” • Switch off intended from project inception • Created the right culture from the start • Sandra Lawrie, Client Representative on project • Key laboratory staff trained in management of onsite building systems – Energy & Access • Education of staff in good practices from start • On-site front-end managed PC for BEM System • Proximity to neighbours influenced HVAC operating day
