  1. Pick and Stage 1) 2) 3) 1) Scan the 1st Pick Slip from the Pick List. 2) Scan the 2nd Pick Slip from the Pick List. The User can scan up to 12 different Pick Slips. Function Keys F6=Finish Scanning Pick Slips 3) Scan the From Unit Id. This can be any type of Containment. Function Keys F2=Print Item Label F3=Skip to the Next Item to Pick F4=Set to an Item on the Pick F5=Part Inquiry F6=Finish the To Unit F7=Display Comments F8=Print Shipping Address Label F9=Transfer Replenishment F10=Back Order Line ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Id’s.

  2. Pick and Stage (Continued) 4) 5) 6) 4) Enter the Quantity to Pick. The Quantity is Defaulted to the lesser of the Open Quantity or Unit Quantity. If the From Unit Id was Loose or Static type or if multiple Items was on the Container then the Item and Lot would have been prompted for. 5) Scan the To Unit Id. This is normally a General Unit Id and must start off empty with no Inventory on the Container. 6) Transaction Accepted is displayed and the Inventory is Transferred from the Unit Id in it’s Inventory Location to Location “STAGE” for the To Unit Id. The Sales Order is also Updated with a New Status and is tagged with the To Unit Id. ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Id’s.

  3. Pick and Stage (Continued) 7) 8) 9) 7) Scan where to place the remaining Quantity of the Unit Id that Picked. Since a Partial was Picked for Unit Id “303” then it wants to know what you are going to do with the remaining Quantities. It will process another “IT” to where you place the remainder or you can leave the reminder on “303” by pressing Enter. 8) Once you are done Picking you can drop the Container to an Inventory Location by Pressing F6 or ECS key. We have Pressed the F6 to drop off the Container to the Rack Inventory Location. 9) Enter the Weight (Optional). The Weight defaults to the Items/Lots /Quantities on the Container. ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Id’s.

  4. Pick and Stage (Continued) 10) 11) 12) 10) Print the Unit Id 10 Label. This is a Thermal Packing List for the Container. Enter a “Y” or “N”. 11) Scan the Location to drop off the Unit Id. This will process “IT” transfers from the “STAGE” Location to the Location Scanned. 12) Display the Transaction Accepted message for 2 Seconds. Go back to Screen (8) if any open lines exist for any of the Pick Slips scanned.
