  1. 6 Tips to Prevent Dental Problem Teeth will stay with us forever because we can't throw it away easily. We need to take care of our teeth properly for us to have a good smile. I have here few tips that can help you prevent dental problems, retain your confidence-boosting and have a great smile. 1.Brush Twice; In The Morning And At Night The first tip that I will give you is brushing your teeth twice (In the morning and at night). The importance of brushing your teeth in the morning is to eliminate bacteria-enhancing plaque that builds up overnight and to limit bad breath while at night is to remove food particles which harmful bacteria may feed on overnight and to prevent the chances of gum disease and tooth decay. Brushing your teeth is effective especially when you do it right. 2.Floss Daily Brushing your teeth in the morning and at night is cool but sometimes brushing is not yet enough and you need to do flossing. Flossing will help you remove

  2. some build up food between your teeth and gums that you missed when you brush your teeth. 3.Don't Overdo It Brushing your teeth too hard doesn't work. For example, brushing your teeth 3- 4 times a day or 4-5 minutes each morning and night might wear down the enamel of your teeth. When this example happen, your teeth have high risk to decay, sore gums, bacteria and many more. 4.Eat Healthy Eating healthy food have something to do with your teeth. For a healthy boost, you need to eat whole food such as nut grains, fruits, dairy products and vegetables because those foods provide all the nutrients your teeth need. Also you should avoid eating food with high sugar content such as chewy and sticky candies and sodas because the acid and bacteria in sugar are quite aggressive in breaking the enamel in your teeth.
