  1. Thea Jandzio: Extensive Qualifications Thea Jandzio is an executive manager in the non-profit sector who has built a strong resume of professional experience in New York City. Below is a description of her current responsibilities as well as her background, experience and training. Thea Jandzio has been the Executive Program Director of Adult and Family Residential Services at The Jewish Board of Children and Family Services since 2014. In this position, she is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative oversight of the Adult and Family Residential Services division providing leadership and direction to staff, including the development of talent. As a well-rounded administrator, Thea oversees the development of new housing opportunities while ensuring that high quality care and clinical standards are met. She is a strong steward of agency resources, as evidenced by programs meeting productivity and utilization goals as well as delivering financial results. While developing clinical service models that respond to the emerging needs of clients, Thea helps ensure that service delivery and program operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. She acts as a principal representative of the agency to the community, government, coalitions, trade associations and funders in conjunction with other senior leadership. Thea Jandzio is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced clinical and administrative training. She has an extensive history of effective collaborations with political and other community stakeholders. She also retains a deep knowledge of funder and donor requirements with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining effective partnerships. In her past work, she has displayed an exceptional ability to translate and communicate complex concepts for application; and she also has excellent clinical, analytical and organizational skills. Thea Jandzio is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW.) in the State of New York. She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Prior to obtaining her MSW, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Oneonta State University.
