  21. Teacher: Review Domain 1 Scores Observer will review all materials submitted and, after the conference, score Domain 1. Once scoring is complete, Teacher should review the scores. 21

  23. The Formal Observation & Teacher Self-Assessment The Teacher’s tasks begin after the Observer has observed the lesson and completed their preliminary scoring. 23

  29. Teacher: Scores Lesson by Component Review rubric language Select level of performance for each component Show/hide critical attributes Scoring of all components is required

  30. Teacher: Submits Lesson Self-review Click Submit to complete self-review

  31. Teacher: Review Final Scores & Observer Artifacts After completion of the self-assessment, the observer will review and finalize scores, as well as upload their own artifacts.

  32. For Review: Formal Observation Scores From the observation summary page, click Revise if scores need to be adjusted

Observer/Teacher Reviews Formal Observation Scores Click Revise to make any changes, including additional narratives from post-observation conference Click Send for Revision to allow teachers to edit self-review Click Confirm to confirm scores, once reviewed and/or reviews From the observation summary page, click Revise if scores need to be adjusted

  39. Observer/Teacher Makes Any Changes to Scores Either select the component to score via the breadcrumbs listed above or click the Score button to score the first component and move to the next component in sequence

  40. Observer/Teacher Updates Scores, if Needed Use breadcrumbs to jump to Observation Summary for submission of changes/confirmation Adjust level of performance Adjust critical attributes Review rubric language

  41. Observer/Teacher Submits Changes, Observers Confirms Submit if any changes have been made to scores (teacher or observer) Confirm once scores are reviewed and complete (observer)
